job responsibilities
1. Responsible for assisting the sales team during the sales cycle, maintaining contact with potential customers through phone, email, online chat, and other means, building trust, and achieving sales targets;
2. CRM lead record follow-up quality inspection, standardized actions (tag setting, follow-up frequency, etc.), gradually introducing online follow-up and management of customer information;
3. Regularly summarize and optimize sales strategies and techniques, deeply explore customers while understanding industry trends and competitor situations, continuously activate customers, and output operational plans and strategic methods;
4. Verification and confirmation of agent contract data;
5. Communicate relevant information such as suggested selling prices and agency prices for new products and configurations to the finance department;
6. Organize the inventory work of each warehouse under the jurisdiction of the sales and after-sales department, and supervise the use of trial contract equipment;
7. Specific implementation of accounts receivable collection plan and feasible suggestions for sales commission scheme;
8. Continuously improving job processes and formulating relevant management measures (contract review, equipment return and exchange, parts collection standards, etc.);
9. Regularly organize sales follow-up visits to old customers, record and follow up on after-sales feedback, and improve customer satisfaction;
10. Complete other tasks assigned by the leader.
